We aim to get your GUMMI Socks packed and on their way to you as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery

UK orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Standard UK delivery is typically 2–4 working days from dispatch, although delivery times may occasionally be longer during busy periods.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £30.

Your final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you’ll receive your tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a little extra time during particularly busy periods such as Christmas, promotional events and new product launches.

International Delivery

International delivery options and charges are calculated at checkout where available.

Please note that international customers may be responsible for any local customs charges, duties or taxes applied when an order arrives in their country.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@gummisocks.com and we’ll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
